Arithmetic and Geometric Sequences

A sequence is an ordered list of terms and elements. The two general forms of a sequence is arithmetic and geometic.


  • Arithmetic Sequence: An= A1+(n-1)d

                  d=An-A(n-1)


  • Geometric Sequence: An= A1 r(n-1)

                  r= An/An-1
